I am a former engineer and manager and after a 26-year career I left that profession in frustration and now for 11 years I've been living on the web.

I started out as a competitive swimmer and skier. I was never interested in organized sports. I also have a deep interest in technology and science, and at some point I decided that I wanted to live forever. So I began a multi decade search for information to learn what to do to take care of myself.

Now at 57 my favorite summer activity is water skiing. and I really love hearing people tell me I'm too old for that. I love watching power chair commercials too and laughing at them.

I vent by writing, and I'm trying to attract some attention. If you want to see anything specific, encourage me. I'm going to build a knowledge network.
